As a 1-tier and 2-tier supplier, we are able to exploit our expertise in industrial metal processing, surface finishing and back-injection moulding of metal and metal foil.
Design
components.
We manufacture aluminium decorative elements with high demands on design, functionality and haptics – without component distortion or gaps, including:
- Boot and door sill trims
- Interior visible parts, e.g. side applications, decorative trims and centre console applications
- Exterior visible parts, e.g. trim strips and door handles
- Push-buttons, e.g. for door openers in public traffic
Hybrid technology.
Back-injection moulding enables the functional expansion of components, especially through the integration of sensors or light elements.
In this process, we combine metals or metal foils with specific plastics, without gaps or distortion. Furthermore, we are able to anodise back-moulded components in our in-house anodising plant.

Elements for ventilation.
According to customer specifications, we develop and manufacture complete blower systems or individual components, including plastic fan wheels, housings and ducting, and are also familiar with the procurement of motors and electronics. In the field of blower optimisation, we evaluate and implement solutions for optimised flow, power and noise efficiency.
