The anodizing process first converts the surface of the aluminium into aluminium oxide using an electrochemical process.
This creates a fine-pored surface in which the colour particles are deposited. The material is then thickened by boiling water and thus offers excellent protection against mechanical damage, abrasion and weathering, without affecting the metallic character of the aluminium.

Electrolytic colouring uses colouring metal salts that are applied to the material in the anodising bath by means of alternating voltage.
In this process, the metal ions penetrate very deeply into the pores of the substrate. The intensity of the coating can be regulated by the duration of the process. The process offers significantly higher durability and resistance to external influences.

Anodised surfaces that must have conductive properties at certain points are anodised using our partial or selective anodisation process. By covering the areas that remain free, conductivity during the anodising process is ensured, which avoids cumbersome post-processing, e.g. by laser ablation of the anodised surface.

We can anodise components that have already been back-moulded with plastic according to your requirements. We refine the back-moulded aluminium with various colours and finishes and can integrate light or sensors on request.

Aluminium, sheet metal, stainless steel and steel:

For the required substructure of metal components and metal foils, we back-inject them with the required plastics.
We design and manufacture the plastic injection moulding tools required for this ourselves in order to avoid distortion due to shrinkage and different linear expansions. Furthermore, we integrate the desired electronics or lighting elements during back injection moulding.

We join components using a wide variety of methods. In bonding, we use liquid adhesives, adhesive tapes and also adhesive die-cuts, which we apply manually or robotically. Optionally, different types of pre-treatment are possible, including plasma, primer, scarfing or pyrosil as well as different rapid curing methods (UV light, infrared, heat radiation).

We manufacture a wide range of different products, including fan wheels and components as part of assemblies, in our own plastic injection moulding shop with machines up to 300 t clamping force.
We manufacture the corresponding moulds and injection moulding tools ourselves.
