The design and serial injection-moulding of fan wheels is carried out at several sites throughout the group, where we achieve highly accurate results in unbalance, axial and radial run-out using technologies developed in-house.
Every development or optimisation of a new or existing fan wheel is based on a consistent analysis of flow, performance, energy and noise efficiency. In doing so, we take into account the best possible ratio for the customer, which is usually delivered by replacing metal fan wheels with plastic ones. This results in performance-optimised fans that integrate precisely into the entire ventilation system.
